I have not shared on my website for a while now as I have been taken in other directions.  I have not lost the passion for creating passionate relationships or my desire to coach you to find fulfilment.

Today I want to share a thought with you, something that struck me several times recently.  When you are doing something that is right for you, you’re calling, you will be generating all the energy you need.  It’s natural to excel at what you were born to do and the feeling you get is effortless.

Equally when you go against your nature and slip away from your passions, you will most likely start to feel lethargic and depleted in energy, exhausted even.  The reaction is so intense that you can tell If you are on the right work path by assessing your energy levels

It’s going to be rare to jump out of bed every morning feeling fabulous and raring to start work, of course there are other factors too, like your relationships, health and mental well-being.  Yet when you are on track your enthusiasm for your work will help you sail along.

To discover if you are  on the right path and you are going in the direction that will bring you fulfilment, check your energy.  If its not where you want it to be, ask yourself what you can do about it and what you can start working towards that would be more inspiring and motivating for you?

Today I am deciding to reconnect with my spiritual side and the passions I have for coaching people to achieve their best.
