It’s time for a big change in the way people communicate with each other on the apps.
By all means use the apps but use them to HELP you MEET people not to simply have a game of snap.
Everyone needs to level up their communication skills and offer more than a one liner or a one work ‘Hi’.
Tip one
Show Interest, and keep showing interest,
After the initial hello, imagine you were speaking in person and make the effort to develop the conversation, get a back and forth going and then ask for a phone call.
Follow up!
If you have suggested or agreed to a phone call, discuss when, and make sure it happens, within the next few days. Â If not you risk loosing momentum and the other person simply thinking you are flaky, or just moving on.
Give more!
No one ever got ghosted for being too giving, as long as it’s respectful and reciprocal. Â Give the person a chance and ask them some questions.
